PRESENTATIONS AND AWARDS

• In 2012, Dr. Prathyusha Yakkala achieved the highest rank in the state for DDVL with a score of 72.8%. She served as the assistant editor of the IADVL Dermatopathology Atlas, which was authored by Dr. Pradeep Mahajan. In addition, she presented two free papers and three posters at the AP CUTICON conferences in 2010 and 2011 and received the "Best Paper" award in the free paper session at AP CUTICON 2011.
• Dr. Pratyusha Yakkala has also showcased her research by presenting 2 posters at the INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF DERMATOLOGY held in Delhi in 2013.
• She was a semi-finalist in the TYSA QUIZ (West Zone) in 2014 and received an appreciation award at DERMACON 2015 in Mangalore.
• She presented a poster at the WORLD CONGRESS OF DERMATOLOGY 2015 in Canada and received a scholarship to attend the event.
• Dr. Prathyusha Yakkala's achievements extend beyond conferences and presentations, as she stood first in the HIV CME on the occasion of AIDS Day.
• Her research has been recognized, with two papers and one poster selected in Dermazone South 2015.
• She also completed her DNB Thesis on the efficacy and safety of DPCP in treating multiple warts.
• Dr. Prathyusha Yakkala has actively participated in various CMEs, presenting papers that contribute to the advancement of dermatology. She was invited as a speaker in different CMEs, including a dermatopathology CME in Rajahmundry in September 2017 and the PGCON Southzone in September 2018.
• Dr. Prathyusha Yakkala's expertise was acknowledged at the CUTICON AP 2018, where she was an invited speaker in the young dermatologist forum held on 8Th and 9th December 2019 in Vizag. She was also part of the scientific committee in AP CUTICON 2018 and the organizing committee in the INTERNATIONAL dermatoimmunology conference held in Vizag.
• Dr. Prathyusha served as treasurer and then as secretary for almost 8 yrs in North andhra association of DVL.
• She is also a professor in Gayatri Vidya Parishad Institute of health care and medical technology.
